"Another great stay at Hilton Tapatio. We had a nice quiet corner suite at the top of the resort. Yes it was a walk to all the amenities but as mentioned, it was quiet! The cleaning crew did a great job keeping the room clean and stocked. The falls cafe had great service as well. The one and only bar tender did a fabulous job keeping up with everyone's orders and was friendly. Shout out to Robbie at the front desk. He did a great job at check out 🍷"

"I recently stayed at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort in Phoenix, Arizona, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort is beautifully located on the mountainside, giving stunning views of the valley and incredible sunsets. The property is huge, peaceful, and has a true resort vibe. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were perfect after a long day of exploring, and I loved waking up to the beautiful scenery right outside the window. The pools were definitely a highlight ,especially the waterfalls and multiple pool areas spread around the resort. Whether you want to relax or enjoy some family fun, there’s something for everyone. The complimentary amenities were great, and the service throughout the resort was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dining options were also impressive. The on-site restaurants offered delicious food with great portion sizes, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Overall, Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs is a wonderful getaway spot. Beautiful property, great service, clean facilities, and a perfect place to relax in Phoenix. Highly recommended .I would definitely stay here again! 🌵🏨✨"

"Overall had a good stay, my mom and I visited for a quick weekend trip. We had an ADA room and the bathroom was pretty dated but functioned well for my mom's needs. This was our first time at this hotel and I didn't realize how hill-y it was until we drove up to our room. Only saw accessible parking near the lobby, and the parking at our building was set up as a "street parking" style on a one-way road, which didn't work for the passenger side of the vehicle because when you open the door, you're stepping into a rock bed. Not ideal for someone who requires use of a walker. We figured out our own solution to get my mom safely to the building. We used the pool at the workout center and it was clean and empty, very relaxing! We ordered breakfast to our room one morning and it arrived at just the right time and everything was still warm and delicious. The surrounding cliffs are beautiful and I would have explored the trails had we been there an additional day. The resort isn't near many attractions, usually had to drive anywhere from 15-30 minutes for activities and shopping. Very quiet stay and we didn't encounter any problems."
