"Had a lovely stay at the resort for a work trip. The property was so nice, rooms were great and the service was wonderful. One stand out who truly made our trip was Andres who worked during the breakfast and lunch services. He was so kind and accommodating, helping us with any requests we had. Even something as simple as a specific beverage, he made it his mission to get it for us. It wasn't just once but several times during the week and it made a huge impression. Would definitely come back for personal travel for the service alone."

Service at check in was not great, because they didn’t check us into the rooms appropriately but management was gracious in resolving the issue. The location was nice as it was easy to get to everything. The water park was fun for the kids and the athletic club was a great place to workout."
