"We had a wonderful stay at the Arizona Biltmore to beat the East Coast weather this December. The resort has everything one needs for a relaxing stay, from the spas, pools, restaurants, and exercise facility. We took the history tour while there and wanted to give a special shout out to our guide, Robert. He gave a great tour for our family and the next day gave us some freshly picked lemons and a newspaper article on lesser-known hikes in the area (since we expressed interest in both). Thank you, Robert!!"

"Honestly, this was one of the best stays I ever had. The night customer service team, especially a man named Hugo, really helped us out. One of My kids got sick and they were excellent in helping us out. That's when you really earn your stars, when the chips are down. Great job. Don't have enough good things to say about this place."

"We booked our Christmas vacation at the Arizona Biltmore through VIP Traveler, and our experience exceeded every expectation. From the spa treatments and Citrus Club access to the fitness centers and multiple pools across the property, everything was exceptional. The staff consistently made us feel like valued guests—greeting us warmly and often remembering us by name, which created a wonderfully welcoming and personal atmosphere. Unfortunately, we experienced an incident in which another guest’s dog attacked our service dog and members of our party. Despite this, Hunter the safety and security manager handled the situation with professionalism and care, ensuring our well-being and appropriately addressing the noncompliant guest also for providing us an amenity and F&B credit for the day that we missed as we were at the emergency vet the entire day. Hina, from the Concierge team also dropped off some treats for our pups which we truly appreciated. The care and the detail was just unparalleled. We are truly grateful for the outstanding hospitality shown throughout our stay and look forward to returning for a longer visit."
